2) To streamline our packing and shipping process we are bundling shipping/handing fees. Please review rates below:
Honey Bee Shipping (Order cost less than $150.00) = $15.00
Ladybug Shipping (Order cost between $150.00 to $500.00) = $45.00
Butterfly Shipping (Order cost between $500.00 to $1500) = $85.00
Moth Shipping (Order cost between $1500.00 to $3500) = $185.00
Dragonfly Shipping (Order cost between $3500.00 - $6000.00) = $250.00Â

What are your processing times?
1) Orders take 1- 5 business days to process before shipping. We do not ship out on weekends.
2) When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
